★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in at 9am, no hold on the phone. Doctor called me back within 10 minutes and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Delightfully quick and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son had an infected finger that needed attention. We found the front desk person to be very helpful and the doctor very caring. We had to wait probably an hour because six people were in front of us, but there was a Starbucks nearby.
They did not take our insurance from America but were kind enough to give us paperwork to file with our health insurance when we got back. The visit was $125 Canadian. Had to get antibiotics filled at the nearby London Drugstore (same shopping plaza) for another $35.00 Canadian. Overall very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but great things to say about the Sea to Sky Walk in Clinic. I recently moved to Squamish and didn't yet have a family doctor in town so I decided to pay them a visit. The lady I dealt with at the desk was very efficient, which is understandable at a busy walk in clinic, but also very friendly. The wait was quite long but that is understandable with any walk-in. She gave me an approximate time of how long my wait would be and suggested I go wander around or grab a coffee so I didn't have to just sit there waiting if I didn't want to, which I really appreciated! She also gave me a list of all the clinics in the area accepting new patients so I could begin my search for a new family doctor when I had the time.
I unfortunately can't remember the name of the doctor I met with but he was pleasant to deal with and took the time to listen and talk with me. I never once felt rushed or like I was just another number for him to get through.
I am now lucky to have a new family doctor but wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed to and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decently kind/capable staff, but my god is this place ever inconsistent... Strange hours that are a nightmare for anyone working 9-5 hours, and it seems like as soon as the doctor's schedule is filled up, they send the receptionist home! Tried to call during regular clinic hours and no one picked up, likely because the doctor's schedule was already full. Frustrating when all I was hoping for was some test results that surely wouldn't take up the doctor's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience calling them today 18th March 2022 at 11:45 am. I called the reception to reach out to my doctor regarding a concern about my baby at 9 am as the receptionist who was on duty 15th of March asked me to call today at 9 am. I tried calling from 9 till 11:45 and at last they picked up the call . Told me doctor is not there and the receptionist sounded so rude. Didn't even greet and was in a very harsh tone when I asked that I was asked to call today as I am told my doctor is in today from 9am.
Very disappointed as I am trying to reach my doctor different ways now and wondering why they have these walk in clinics .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their hours are absolutely absurd, different hours every day, and even when they are supposedly open hard to reach them. This place is called a "walk in clinic" but they haven't seen patients in two years. How is it that supermarket clerks come to work everyday, but doctors are not seeing their patients in person. Over the phone medicine is just not as good. The doctors at this location are decent, but the system is broken in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk administrator who work this morning ( 10:30) May 21 , 2022 should absolutely not be working in the medical field. We sat and listened to her talk to patients… her ton, the way she spoke and the use of language were horrible! she clearly hates her job, and shouldn’t be working with sick, unwell and sensitive people!!!! The owners who run this clinic should evaluate the staff!. People don’t want to go to a walk in clinic… it’s because our family Doctors are not available or we need care right away… being verbally absused and talk to in derogatory ways is completely unacceptable these days!
I will be filing a complaint.
