★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He built a deck for us and it is fantastic. Great attention to detail and it was done very timely. Only took a day and it was a fair size. Knows his stuff and will get the job done.
**Did such a good job, had him come a year later to build me another deck in my backyard in an empty space. Was done in a day for a 10x14 foot platform. Attention to detail was great and takes pride in his work. Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contracted them to replace and install an over the range microwave. Was very professional. Showed up on time, reviewed the job quickly. Was able to seamlessly remove and install the new microwave quickly and without any fuss. Required cutting of glass tiles which he was able to do. No damage done and no hiccups. I was very happy with the overall service and quality of work. I have other renovation projects around the house that I will be most definitely be using SDM Reno & Services.

Sam was a pleasure to deal with. He answered our questions, was on time, did a great job with the installation and charged a fair price. We will certainly be using SDM Renos again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam was amazing to work with. Both personable and professional. I brought him in to tape and mud my basement which was half old and half new so you can imagine not an easy (or pretty) undertaking.
His final product was amazing and the additional work done to my cracked and heaved basement floor was wonderful.
He has a keen eye for ideas, insight, suggestions, and is able to implement them all upon request.
The before and after shots of my basement are unbelievable. Thanks again Sam, I’ll be calling you the next project!

He was amazing to work with from beginning to end, very friendly and always wanting to make me happy. He is a master at his craft and knows what he's doing to.the fullest. I will definitely call him again for the next job I have.
