★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collaborative Construction and their crew is nothing short of the best! We recently had them out to remove and install new windows and our experience was great. They were on time, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Even when there was a hiccup (which was house related) Derek, Nick, Terry and Evan had the answers and didn’t skip a beat. There was no standing around and each one of them knew what the next step was until completion. We felt very comfortable having Collaborative Construction in our home and feel their professionalism is unmatched.
If you’re in the market for any kind of Reno, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not reaching out to them. I know they’ll be my go to crew for years to come.

I had a fairly small project for them, but then got it done efficiently, with no errors, always came exactly when they said they would (which has not been my previous experience when working with trades people), and even were able to add in a quick addition to project at the last minute. I would absolutely call on them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

We did not really know where to start and had a couple of other contractors come in for estimates, before Derek and Trevor came in. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collab has been a part of multiple renovations in my home - updating the bathroom, the kitchen and the main story flooring followed by the addition of a top to bottom basement suite. The entire team is attentive and kind and completed our projects quickly while cleaning up after themselves as they went. They are easily who I will trust for any future projects and who I highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest general contractor.

Collaborative Construction came in and had it fixed within an hour. They are amazing people who think outside of the box to fix a problem. I will be using them for everything going forward and my door works better than it ever has. I really can't say enough good things about this company. :)

They were so easy to work with right from the initial quote and were always able to answer my questions(and my kids million questions as well.) They did a great job keeping me in the loop enough about where things were at. My bathroom turned out amazing and every little detail looks great. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat and hope to work with them on our next project as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Collaborative for our main floor renovation that included new flooring, a new kitchen, cabinets and island, and various other jobs related to the renovation. From the first meeting to the last, they were very easy to work with and provided great advice on the direction to be able to make our design ideas a reality. We primarily worked directly with Derek and James and they were highly responsive, knowledgeable, understanding, and very hard-working. As the general contractor, Collaborative took care of everything with the specialized trades and dealt immediately with any issues that popped up along the way. The scope of work was quite extensive and we felt that that they always had a complete grasp of the project and were on top of everything throughout the process. Our project ran mainly on referrals, and everyone involved was top notch and very easy to work with. The timeline that was provided was followed very closely and in several instances was ahead of schedule, even with the relatively large number of people and companies involved. The workmanship is incredible and everything looks even better than expected. Collaborative's name really describes their approach to construction and we felt included at all points, with some of the smaller jobs being done by myself. Overall we had an incredibly positive experience working with Collaborative and highly recommend them.
