Met with them today, awesome guy and have done what 4 other contractors could not do: make a working plan of my kitchen without knocking down walls or add ons to house. My house was built in the 1920's so small and weird and he made an amazing layout for the kitchen and added a bath to the same space.

Dayna expertly guided us through our design decisions. Dayna was also our communication link with the project and kept us informed on what would happen next. Devin kept all the sub trades organized and arriving on time. He also offered valuable advice and quickly resolved any issues. The "team in the back" built and stained the most beautiful cabinets which Vlad expertly installed. All the sub trades who work with Rick are excellent from electricians, to plumbers, drywallers, countertop and tile installers. We are already thinking of other projects that we would like Rick and his team take on. Our experience was extremely positive and we would highly recommend Rick's Custom Cabinets.

K	Kelsey Lane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. A family member warned me not to use them because of an issue they had in the past with a new build. When I moved to my new home, I was disappointed to find out that the basement bar cabinets were from Rick’s but the entire crown moulding was missing. I thought, for colour matching purposes and ease, they would have the address in their system and would quote me for, and complete an simple, couple hour job at my home. I first called and spoke to a receptionist who said “someone will call you back within three business days” (This was in November). I heard from no one. I followed up after a couple weeks, and spoke to an actual sales rep who told me to email him pictures of the project. He told me, “things are super busy, if you don’t hear from me before Christmas, please follow up with us on [this] date.” I said, okay, understandable. I phoned back a couple week after Christmas, and spoke to the same man who made another excuse and said “I’ll look into this and give you a call within the next three days. Disappointed, I said okay. I heard nothing. And finally, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called a 4th time near the end of January and the same man said, “ I’m sorry, I’ll track down Rick and have him give you a call.” It’s now mid February and I’ve heard from no one. If you don’t want my business, I don’t want yours. I will continue to make sure I convey the message to friends and family that you’re not a responsive company. Waste of my own time and efforts.
