★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Stan getting quotes and renovating my Daughter's house in Regina. Very fair to deal with and helps out with ideas and suggestions. Would definitely get Dutch King Construction next time we need anything done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot speak on the quality of his work, but what I can say is that for a new company just starting out there is a lot of shady business going on. I warn all contractors not to get involved, it's just not worth it. He gives his contractors the run around leading to them not being paid out. It's a shame these types of people are out there ruining the trades for everyone. I always cheer on & support new businesses trying to make a go of it, but not like this. So disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was easy working with Stan, and we like the quality of his work on our basement development done at a reasonable price. He has a gentle temperament and put in extra effort to make sure we were satisfied with the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible to give zero stars, we would have. Stan was hired by myself and a family member to complete basement developments in both of our brand new homes. The list of errors done in both of our homes are endless and so very frustrating.
When we requested copies of our permits upon “completion”, Stan said he doesn’t pull permits as it slows down his work.
If that wasn’t bad enough his professionalism towards fixing HIS mistakes was non-existent. He was rude, disrespectful and challenging to work with.
After all was said & done, Stan told me that he chalked my basement development up as a “learning experience”. I didn’t pay thousands of dollars for someone to use my home as a learning curve!
