Tyler showed up and was able to immediately provide a solution. He took all the screens out and replaced all the tabs. He also made sure to test them by putting one screen back and then taking it out again. He went above and beyond. The cost was very reasonable. I was so happy with the work that I have booked Screen Savers to replace the screen on my retractable screen door.
H	Honki Ponki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality bad service. We changed our screen door because its rail system was broken, there wasn't even the slightest hole on it. We were using it for 5 years, I have no idea when the previous owner had bought it. A lot of rips occurred on the new screen door within 3 months we bought from this company. In addition, the frame material is such a bad material that it's very light and opens wide even in the slightest wind. When ever we leave the room, even in low wind, we find the screen door open all the way when we come back. Forget about protection from mosquitoes and bugs we are afraid that a mice will enter the house. It's too bad we have to close the glass door in summer because the screen door is opening by itself!... I tried to communicate with the company many times, they used the small kids at home (3 little one) as an excuse and mentioned that they cause tearing problem. They didn't explain about why the previous screen door didn't have any tear on it though... But the tears are not only down that children can reach, they are all aroud the door handle part, so our fingers are causing those tears when we open it because the net material is awfully bad. We attached thick tapes to the places close to the door opening apparatus so that the tears would not grow further. We use a top-down tape for our door, which we paid $300. I wish I had knew my previous screen door's company's name. We made a big mistake by choosing this company. You'll see the black tape from top to down on the first pic on the rips and on the second photo you'll see the red tape not to wide it open, attaches the screen door to the glass door frame.
D	Dow Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had sliding screen installed today so can’t speak to longevity/long term function. Visually it looks great and appears to be very practical. We like the magnet latch and the fact it rolls into itself and is quite low profile considering it is a screen. Every person I dealt with at screen savers was great. Both sales people I dealt with were great and knowledgeable. Booking service was a breeze. This experience was an exception in the sense that everyone did what they said they would do, were communicative and stuck to times when they were set. Installer was on time (in fact early), called ahead, was friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone, including friends and family and would use again my self.

It took time, but he was professional and patient enough to get them finished while the screens remained esthetically pleasing. The second pair were a breeze in comparison. Both make the greatest difference to airflow in a positive way. They're also quite attractive. We're very pleased. Now it's a matter of time and how long with screens withstand continuous use. I suspect we will remain satisfied customers.

The pricing was laid out very clearly and there were no surprises at the end. My installer was friendly, courteous, respectful and knew his job well. I needed 5 screens repaired and he was very honest about the ability to fix one with a warped frame. In the end he built me a new frame/screen and it fits perfectly. The cost was more than reasonable - I think I got a great deal! I didn't know that the little tabs on your screens could be fixed and I'm so happy I stumbled upon their services. 100% recommend.
