β β β β β Magrath (Heritage Village) on 23rd. Do not do business with them. In 30 days they have ruined a banking relationship of over 20 years.
Kulwinder Baidwan will say she cannot help and will transfer you to a specialist, who gives answers like this. From Alexis Gillespie: "have confirmed that we do not receive the files in the Dealer Finance area unless a loan is funded, so it would not come up as either name". She was the one, who should have been able to tell me everything, otherwise why would she be called the specialist?
Waited 2 weeks for this reply from the specialist.
Then i checked to see why Scotia reported an overage of $3000.00 on my credit card to transunion. I made an appointment for a call with Asghar Tauqir, its a 45 minute slot. It has been over an hour, no call back. I sent an email asking why, no reply. **-Update he did not follow through on the request. He is the Senior Advisor, the request from Scotia stated he needed to call me on my cell. He called my house #. Reviewed the request it clearly states he was going to contact me on the # provided, when I booked the appointment. I sent him an email showing him his error. He still has not fulfilled Scotia's agreement.
Call in and get redirected to the automated system. Called the credit card #, only to be told the branch must deal with this. They transferred me to my branch, after 2 rings I was hung up on.

β β β β β Booked an appointment weeks in advance, get a call 2 days before my appointment telling me itβs cancelled due to the employee being unavailable then tell me to go to a different branch because thereβs no one available. Pathetic, highly doubt the employee only gave a 2 day notice about not being there so they obviously couldβve given me more notice so I couldβve rebooked elsewhere for the weekend.
Will clearly never step foot in this branch.

β β β β β I've been waiting for this branch to process my deposit problems today. A female supervisor at this branch told me this morning: I will call you end of day . But no body called me until this branch closes! Terrible service! It's been a week since I raised the question, and last week they said they would answer me in three to five working days, but it hasn't been resolved. If my problem is not resolved, I will use the law, the media, and public opinion to safeguard my interests. If my problem isn't resolved, I'll post what happened.

β β β β β I just had the most wonderful banking experience at this location. After finding banking customer service to be horrible as of late I wanted to make sure the gentleman that helped me got some recognition. I believe his name was Akenonn (I hope I am close). He was very pleasant, knew his stuff, assisted other tellers when they needed help and even knew other customers names from the line. Very impressed!
