★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They literally do not know what they are doing. They switched my scene visa debit to a basic card, because I couldn’t get access to online e transfer… was told that because scene visa debit does not work with e transfer… and of course it does not work… and then they figured out it was just a hold on my card because I registered my card online (which I already told them since the beginning!!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told TWICE by 2 seperate people that if I brought 3 cheques in they will take the hold off my account. It was extremely difficult to get into the branch because they're only open during most peoples working hours, and Saturday appointments are completely booked up. I had to take time off work just to take in my cheques. When I took in the cheques they told me that they actually CANT take the hold off if it done online, even though i was told multiple times that was fine (and I emphasized online because I can't get into the bank). A complete joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had terrible, judgey experiences with the advisors at this branch. Now, apparently there are hours for the ABM. And CLOSED on Sunday.
How exactly are the working class supposed to access their money when you’re closed the only day we have off???
Time to pull our money and head to a bank cares about its clients, I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store hours on the doors said open till 3:30, showed up at 2:20 to find a closed bank. Come on here to find that it's closed on Saturdays now. Quite frustrating as I now have to take time off work on Monday to come deal with my bank stuff. Having a closed bank all weekend doesn't quite sit well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service levels are unnaceptably low for a central location. No drive thru atm or acess to the inside ones on Sunday or Bank holidays is ridiculous and extremely hostile to pedestrian clients. I am going to have to close my account as a result of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent people and management, have been working with them for the past almost year to change a name on a document, should have been a max 6 week process. And they are still not done. Management doesn't seem to care and the advisor does as I tell her and has no clue how to complete the task without me telling her the next step. Definately looking at switching after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful branch hours & service. Closes early AND locks access doors to ABMs. (This seems like it is done in response to less fortunate & homeless people seeking shelter & loitering. What a great solution! *sarcasm* Punish the customers of the bank!)
The location closes before most of the world is done work and on weekends. This doesn't make any sense other than cut-backs.
Dear Scotiabank, GET THIS LOCATION UP TO CURRENT BETTER STANDARDS PLEASE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been going on this branch for how many years now, but today will be the last time We’ll deal with this branch as we were treated by this guy with a lot of sarcasm and not nice at all. He thinks he’s doing as a favor printing our RRsp tax forms but it’s he’s job anyways and we won’t be coming in at the branch if we received it at the first place. Some people just don’t want to do their job with compassion and luckily he’s one of them…He even said that he put a side his work or what he’s supposed to do just to give a hand for us, whatever!!!! If we can give zero stars we will definitely do ???????? And we called ahead of time to book an appointment but one of the representative who answered the phone said we can just walked in and the teller/representative can just help us.
