Provides me with misleading information just to get the business and when I found out about it, of course will not ackowledge it. Talked with the agent, just to feel more upset. New clients beware. Used to be a good branch, but the last year, it has changed (not good)

Drive thru Atm short changed at this location.Assistant Manager did not do anything about it. She kept saying never had complaints on the machine even though i have a complaint on it. Would not recommend this branch drive-thru ATM .Never had issues with ATM in my life before at other locations so far. Update: Branch Manager Called and took action on it next day and hoping any issues with the machine gets fixed as well. Overall Good service.

Not even 1 min after they closed as the doors are still unlocked I take time off being a solo business owner and because they wont increase my daily limit I'm no longer able to take my rent out. Thanks Scotia bank you continue to be the worst establishment I've ever been with after single handedly ruining my credit from your own fault. Strongly recommend not falling into their awful customer service, TD across the street has lucky just opened an account for me. Look forward to my final closing of my accounts. Thanks for ruining my evening

Always giving me the wrong information and screwing up my transactions! Financial advisors usually take days to respond to voicemails! The tellers make everything seem so difficult when they shouldn't be yesterday they gave me a card of a financial advisor because they couldn't help me out at the time so called today and they aren't in for 4 more days! Cancelling my Scotia account and switching to tangerine not to mention the $14 a month bank fee I pay for what? And only includes 2 free e-transfers a month! I will never bank with Scotia ever again

Been a customer for 23 years. Most of that I was a happy customer. I’d drive 35 minutes passing many other banks to go to scotia on green rd. in Stoney creek. Mortgage, line of credit, personal and business accounts. Over last couple years we’ve been getting grief just depositing money!! My wife can’t deposit a cheque I wrote from my other business???? So terrible to deal with!!! We used to know the people there. People like Eva were awesome! Now they’re worse than CIBC to deal with. I can’t even get a manger on the phone to talk to! So sad such a long relationship has turned into such frustration.

Do not deal wiih Laura lanjesek. She is not trained well or just needs more training to deal with customers and to learn Scotia products. After spending 45min. with her she still asking for help from her colegues how to apply for credit card. Very disapointed ...

5 stars for their tellers, I switched banks awhile ago and always come in and speak with the tellers if I have any issues. They are always incredibly friendly and try their best to help you out. Plus, their Scotia app is easily one of the best banking apps I've ever used, so that's a huge plus.

This rating is specifically for this branch. I have been a Scotiabank loyal customer and when I decided to start a corporation, Scotiabank was my first preference for opening a business bank account. I went to the branch and the teller said there is nobody to help me out at that particular day and asked me if i could come the next day and set me up with an advisor. Next day when I was getting ready in the morning to visit the branch the advisor called me and said he is not the right person to help and asked me not to come. He said the person who can help is not available and wanted me to reschedule at a very later date which I couldn’t as this was very urgent and I had conveyed the urgency. I am highly disappointed by this treatment and this branch needs to be straightened out. I hope someone from the head office sees this review and get things in order here.
