It's a good organization, some of the staff we could do without all the attitude all the time. They are never on time. The food supply is very low and some of the staff are not helpful.

Some people are getting adequate food and some are not.Essential daily food items must be given to the people in this Covid 19 crises for eg Bread ,cake, eggs, milk, meats, vegetables to cook not cans .Government must stress and force to get profit making groceries stores.

This is a very dilapidated building. We went to volunteer at the food bank but were also given a tour of the facility. It is in such a sad state, it could definitely use some work. There was a weird odor upon entering the building. Then we were introduced to the staff members who work out of a tiny, crowded office. I am not entirely sure about the cleanliness and hygiene at this location. The food supply when we went in wasn't the greatest, however when we were leaving around 4:30 a huge supply that had arrived. I think there should be a better system of offering them the staples, and have them justify their situation. I understand that you cannot turn anyway away but I felt that some people are abusing this system.

I used to donate my used clothes to Value Village, but I'm so bothered by the idea of the store profiting off my donations, while people in need have to buy these items that should be free! I did some research in my community and found this program. I popped into the clothing drive and was so glad to see that people in need had access to clothing free of charge. This is how it should be. I also walked by the food bank area, and was glad to see people in need getting donations. Is the building falling apart, yes. But we all know the city budget is limited. Unless you want your taxes and donations going to the building rather than the actual program, then relax. The priority is people eating. It's not perfect, but our community is blessed to have a food bank and clothing drive available to people in need. There are a lot of places in the country where this is not an option and people literally go hungry. If you have good quality donations (food or clothes), there is a massive need here. Support your community!

Worse doctors and staff ever, totally incompetent and inconvenient. Meds never refilled on time. Their fax machine is always broke they claim. The mess up appointments, change or cancel them without telling you. I can list 100 reasons this place terrible and incompetent. 0 stars!! Dr Raveen office
