★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my first car in Canada CX 50. Sales rep Raja and Manager Rob where helpful in explaining features and options available for me. Rob made sure all the paper works where on spot on the delivery date and there were no delays. They are quick to respond back even if they are caught up with another client. Overall, I am really happy that I chose to go with Scarboro Mazda. Definitely recommend if going for a Mazda. Keep up the great work team!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of, I don't remember the sales person who I talked to. This review is just for him not the entire Mazda Scarboro. If people at Mazda are reading, I dropped by on May 26 evening for my Hyundai appraisal. The salesperson has a habit of making unnecessary gestures and comments. When he asked how much I wanted for my car, I told him my expectations. He replied with a smirked face, "for that car?!". Then he went to his manager to discuss the price and came back to me with a price that is less than half of what I ended up selling my car to another dealership. So basically he just wasted my time with that low-ball offer. But while I was half expecting to receive such lowballers, I wasn't expecting a below-par attitude from a salesperson. He just needs to know how to properly behave with customers. Hope people at Mazda finds this person and shows him this review. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the service given to us at this dealership. After a bad experience with sales from my previous Mazda dealership for my 2nd Mazda purchase, I decided to shop around and was glad to have found Scarboro Mazda. I went to this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. It was a seamless process from talking to sales, trading in my current car, ordering the new car all the way to the finance office, delivery and pick-up. Every personnel I deal with here is a true professional and really cares about their customers. Thank you Eugene and Gian and the whole Scarboro Mazda team. If you want to buy a Mazda from this dealership, make sure you ask for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not one to leave reviews but have to say I was disappointed with the service level for this dealership. Coming back to when I first bought the vehicle, the engine bay had lots of bird seeds that wasn’t cleaned up beforehand when I picked up the car. Then just yesterday went for an oil change but looks like the service folks did not even reattach the cover at the bottom of the car. If they’re skipping steps on the “easy” jobs, makes me wonder what they do for the bigger jobs. Probably won’t go back to this dealership for anything service related.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just took home our CX3 today. Jackson did a wonderful job taking us through the steps to acquire a new car. He took the time to show us the features of the car, and even ran out with a rag to clean off water residue even though we told him it was unnecessary. We felt very little pressure from him to buy anything which was greatly appreciated.
Rob was an absolute pleasure to deal with as well, he took the time and patience to talk us through the paper work and the next steps needed. Great sense of humour and made us feel at ease about our new purchase.
From the time we walked in to driving off with a new car we felt welcomed and at ease.
Thank you Scarboro Mazda, Rob and Jackson for the absolute wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly impressed with the service at this location. We arrived to find Ted, our amazing sales associate, ready for us with multiple vehicles for test drives. Ted was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent about the entire process. He was quick to answer any and all questions that we had, and ensured that we were fully informed about the decisions we were making. He even provided us with washer fluid when our car ran out! We would have happily purchased a vehicle from Ted on the spot - it is a shame that the shortages have made the inventory so low. I would recommend Scarboro Mazda to anyone looking for a trustworthy and pleasant car shopping experience. Thanks Ted and team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a little late to write this review but wanted to say that I had the best service at Scarboro Mazda. My windshield had a crack and I was having the toughest time dealing with my insurance. That's when I spoke to Amanda from Scarboro Mazda. She was amazing and helped me sort the situation out. She contacted the insurance company and while they were refusing to allow me to replace a certain quality of windshield, she sorted everything out with them though it wasn't her job to do these things. She ensured the windshield was replaced well and on time. Amanda and Scarboro Mazda are highly recommended and you can see that from all the amazing reviews. I will always prefer to go to Scarboro Mazda for anything related to my car henceforth.
