First time to a spa in Montreal, nice location at waterfront. Overall atmosphere was good. The water therapy was relaxing. The service was average, didn't give the feeling of being pampered. The massage was very "rough", they warned me ahead of time and I was quite sore afterwards. But indeed it did help my muscle aches and pains. No phones or chit chatting allowed...

Loved it! Never been to a Scandinavian spa and I have to say it was so relaxing and decompressing for the day. Going here was the best decision my husband and I made to end our last full day in Montreal! Do as the guides say; hot, cold, relax, and repeat. There are a few options for each section. My personal favourite was the eucalyptus steam(was a bit intense for me but in a good way), the hot bath, cold bath and beds provided for rest. Actually fell asleep for a bit. Smoothies were delicious, the times when they bring them are posted. Stay hydrated! Lemon water and tea are provided and was very refreshing. When we visit Montreal again we will definitely be coming back to Scandinave Spa!

Great experience, lovely spa. Silence is key at this spa and it truly allows you to relax when your there. An assortment of baths as well as a sauna and steam room. You decide your bath rotation and indulge in relaxation. Highly recommend

The massages are decent and the bath our relaxing. The last time I was there the steam room smelt like a male locker room which was weird because it usually smell like eucalyptus or lomni. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I would recommend my friends or family to go there in the summer and winter.

First time going to a spa! The Swedish massage was okay! The bath experience was really nice. We were there for two hours in total, and would have been there longer but we wanted to grad dinner. The whole silent policy was adhered quite well when we arrived but after experiencing the bath and lying down, a few guys were talking out loud… and I mean very loud… and the staff didn’t do anything about it. Front line staff was pleasant and welcomed us!

Been to the location in Whistler, BC before, and wanted to visit this location on our trip to Montreal. Compared to Whistler, everything is indoors, and there is just one hot water pool versus multiple with varied temperatures, and a cold water shower versus a cold water waterfall. Both locations have a sauna room and a eucalyptus steam room. The Montreal location has beds, bean bags, lounge chairs and hanging chairs for resting and sleeping, versus Whistler’s solarium/quiet space with lounge chairs. Both locations have their own charm and are amazing, but I particularly love the bed area of the Montreal location as I had a very peaceful napping experience in between soaking and steam rooms. My masseuse was good, professional and did a good job overall; no complaints, and just as good as my experience with Whistler. One benefit is that all masseuses are registered massage therapists at this location, versus Whistler’s location has RMTs that are booked far, far ahead of time and are hard to book if you want reimbursement through insurance. Overall, I loved my experience here, and I would definitely come back in the future for a spa/relaxation day again!

My first time at this spa location and I was impressed. The spa was very nice and clean. It was very well maintained, the staff did a very good job keeping the place clean with frequent wiping and sweeping. And of cousre, there were frequent refills of refreshment. I love the fact that I only had to bring my bathing suite, everything else was provided such as towels, bathrobe, slippers, hair clip (brand-new), hair straightener. The Swedish massage was the best I have had so far, very well-done with the pressure points. I highly recommended this spa.

Enjoyed myself very much during my stay at this spa. Felt great walking out of it too. The snacks and tea throughout your time there is a nice touch. I think it'd be even better if they had more snack options though. Maybe more variety in terms of fruit. The tea is great though. All in all, very relaxing. Probably best to go at a time that isn't too packed.
