Not only did he accommodated me promptly he helped fix setting up transfer payments which were not setup correct initially. SBIC provides online transfer / collections to other Banks in Canada which is a very unique feature. Have had very satisfactory service from them for past so many years . Money transfers are instant from their website .

He is highly customer obsessed and went beyond my expectations. I have reached out to him once for help and he addressed my problem by working outside of his office hours (3am) to talk to Indian branch and get the funds needed. This is all by strictly following the process. After that I realized though SBI have stringent rules to safeguard their customer, they have processes to help customer that can fit most of the needs. Appreciate your help Mr Tejo Kiran!

Terrible experience. They have the attitude just like how they worked back home. They don’t realize this is Canada and it doesn’t work that way. SBI will never become feel good bank when they have these kind of associates working there. Regretting opening an account at SBI Canada. It’s been a month since I am following to open an account and no proper information was provided.
