The staff member was very knowledgeable and helped pick out several dresses that she thought would work. After trying on just the 2nd dress my wife loved it. We paid and were out the door in less than 15 minutes. It was a wonderful experience :)

Totally honest and up front which is especially awesome when planning a wedding as I’m sure everyone can agree! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the Boutique and you will be treated like you really matter and all your worries dealt with! They also have a fantastic seamstress who is not only sweet and easy to deal with but also exceptionally talented and “can’t be done” is not in her vocabulary! Overall you will not be disappointed with “Say It With Love” Bridal Boutique. Drop in and meet these amazing people you will not be disappointed!

After I gave my budget (1000$) the sales person helping us said they didn’t have a huge selection in the range but would show me what they had. I still wanted to view the dresses. He proceeded to make me feel so uncomfortable saying comments like “all my dresses are from Europe, and with your budget you’ll only find dresses made in China” It was so rude. Even after I decided to stay and try dresses on he continued to make arrogant comments towards me. He truly made me feel like I wasn’t good enough to be in his store. The sad part is I’m sure that if I had given a bigger budget, I would have been treated a lot different. If I wanted to spend 2-3 thousand on a dress, I very well could have. I’m just choosing not too. Regardless of how much my budget was, I should not have been made to feel that way. It was extremely poor customer service. This was such an a awful experience. As stated before, had I been willing to give a bigger budget, I would probably have had a different experience

Myself and all the other bridesmaids have agreed that when it is our time to buy a wedding dress this is going to be where we go! We had a limited budget and all the staff worked with us to accommodate! With the bridal party being all different body types we were worried about finding the perfect dress, the staff used their decades of experience in the industry to find the right style, and we were blown away by the first dress! We all looked and felt beautiful! Even having a bridesmaid switch and needing another dress last minute! I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! OVER THE TOP AMAZING SERVICE! ?

I later realized I had to postpone and they didn't hesitate to hold our information for another year and a half. We went back today and they, like the first time, treated us like family. Always friendly, willing to help, and accommodating. It's easy to tell they enjoy what they do and want to do what they can so you, your family and friends look great on that special day.

Earlier last year I came in with my bridesmaids and found their dresses, which brought me back for mine due to the amazing customer service and experience! I found my dream wedding dress, and highly recommend them to anyone! The private fitting area made my experience feel very comfortable with my friends and mom! Free champagne to enjoy while trying on stunning gowns! I felt as I was treated like family from the moment that I walked in! Can’t say enough good things!

The consultant phoned us and said she was running a couple minutes late. We waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes until she showed up. When picking out dresses, we asked to see ivory, long sleeved dresses and the consultant said they have only “two dresses this colour” and no long sleeved dresses because they are “out of style”. Our bride tried on a couple of dresses to be a good sport in the dark (only a light in the change room). I could not get out of there fast enough, 20 minutes was too much for me. If you’re looking for a welcoming environment with lots of selection and helpful consultants go to Helen’s Bridal nearby. They made our bride feel special and find exactly what she was looking for. And they have many ivory, long sleeve dresses that are new this season…So don’t stress!
