I like Savoy for many reasons. I know I am getting a great product (Stihl) at a reasonable price, but more importantly I know the customer service will go above and beyond. I know that if I ask my wife to stop in, she will be treated just as professionally as I would - not talked to poorly, dumbed down, etc. I know they will drive 45 minutes and pick up my mower, saws, blowers, etc, with no complaints. They answer emails promptly, and even stay late when you need a few extra minutes with their mechanic. I am happy to recommend Dave and his team to anyone without hesitation or worry.

Coming from Vancouver, it is really nice to have done business with this company. I needed a very small part for my snow blade on my rider mower. Of course... being a little bit older... they were not able to find it right away so they said, "Just leave it with me a bit and I will call you back when I find it". Sure enough the called me back a few hours later and said they could have it for me in a few weeks. The ordered it from the U.S.A. and charged me a very reasonable price. I also brought a self propelled mower to have repaired. I had phoned another company and they basically said that it was not worth fixing. The previous owner had taken it apart (the self propel part of the mower) and I took it in to have them look at it. Sure enough, they said they could fix it and would order all parts etc.. A few weeks later, I got my mower back fully assembled and ready to go for again... a very reasonable price. All I can say is... way to go guys. Keep up the good work and I will just keep coming back, refer others to you. Thank you to a very good team. Al

Terrible service. Purchased several saws from here in the past and the sales person I just dealt with was ignorant. Had almost no selection. Sales person only wanted to sell me the most expensive saw they sold, even tho I told him I didn't need that one. Okanagan Power equipment will get all my purchases from now on.

Terrible customer service, they don't answer their phone, they don't return the phone calls after leaving three messages. . I had to physically drive down there to try and order a part. Employee on duty explained that previous employee dropped the ball. All good, then some cowboy came strutting from upstairs and proceeded to apologize that they couldn't respond to my message because of covid. What a ridiculous statement, not being able to make a phone call, was he afraid he was going to catch covid through the phone. Lame. There were 4 employees on the floor when I went into their store and 1 customer. Wow overrun. When I conveyed that I take every call for my business, so as not to lose customers, he then attacked me personally, my trade, I left telling them were they could put it. Horrible chauvinism. Called Okanagan Power Equipment on remembrance day, they answer their phone.!!!! Had the part ordered in 5 minutes and on it's way. Don't waste your time if your woman with this business.???? After reading this rediculous long response it just once again shows who these people are. After conveying my experience with okanagan power equipment, it was one of the employees there that told me they quit after working for this guy. There was no fabricated any facts as to what happened. The gentleman that I started with was fine until the jerk came downstairs. Then this man makes claims that I called back several times after I left their store which is an absolute lie, I don't waste my time with losers, the fact that he goes on and on and on. Secondly of all I have numerous five-star reviews for good businesses in town and he is the one that has one star reviews for very bad service. They don't care about their customers and it sounds like they definitely don't care about women, he is a discriminator against women. There were no numerous apologies, I was fine with the first guy at the desk. Not a problem at all. This guy is a number one jerk

I have been to Savoy a number of times for small items. It has always been difficult to get service, and when I've managed to, the service has been poor. I went in the other day to buy a new mower and could not get any attention. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a trend. My hope is that the GM stops justifying the poor customer service and starts to look at the problems within. The way in which he attacks the writers of unfavorable reviews is ridiculous. The customer is not always right, but their customer service is also not infallible. What is your business doing that generates negative reviews? Perhaps ignoring customer (when it's busy, just let them know you'll be a moment), not aptly communicating, and then berating those who tried to support your business is not the best model for continued success.

Amazing Staff to deal with, great products to rent, if you have any sort of ground cultivation, do yourself the biggest favor ever and rent the dingo from savoy, the staff were super great in explaining to me how it worked to get the best results. I had it booked for two days to tame the ugliest back yard you can imagine, i had it finished in half a day with out any problem and they only charged me for one day. I had two attachments the cultivator and the bucket, i will never do landscaping again with out one well worth the few extra dollars to save doing it manually,

Excellent selection and very knowledgeable staff. Helmut helped me pick out the right mower to match my budget and needs. I will definitely be back in the future for service.

Great service from Helmut, showed me the problem with my snowblower and how to fix it without being charged. He let me know that they would gladly fix it for me if needed but gave me the chance to save a few $$$ first which is much appreciated. I will definitely bring my equipment to Savoy moving forward.
