The office is cozy/relaxing and it's fairly easy to find. (it's across the street from Princess Auto and in the same complex as MC College/Genjie Japanese Restaurant, near Quality Greens on Spall). She is good at listening and gave me no nonsense, practical advice. She is experienced and trained in a variety of sticky situations. Heather helped lead me out of the mess I was in and brought a healthy insight into the many situations that I have been in. I recommend Whole Heart if you are looking for confidential support from a kind & humorous soul who will help you reach your potential and have a better outlook. I like how she was straight forward/focused which is what I needed and that is the quality that didn't feel like "beating around the bush"; She clarified things and stayed focus to get me back on the path. The info/guidance she gave me was very useful.
