I've been ordering online, very happily , since long before covid. Sadly the new site is a nightmare 100% hateful. No colour, no flow, don't like the flyer set up, Checking out takes 4 times as many steps. Are you trying to get rid of us? I dread my next order and will check out another store 1st. ths ending 17 years as a save on customer. Was this idea to make a job for someones relative. Pick a mature person in your family to set up an account and navigate an order. I bet they'll hate it

So, I've been using the online order service for some time now. And I face this "time slot reserve has expired" error waay too many times. I called the store too and there wasn't much they could do other than asking me to try again. And they were accommodating I'll give you that. But, I called up the head office just to see if they knew what's up. I was handed to a Jishnu. This guy not only solved my problem, he told me the issue and very respectfully and professional guided me through it. He also told me that the head office doesn't take customer queries but he still went out of his way to do so. I really hope the correct person sees this and gives this guy a raise cause my god he deserves it. Best experience at Save Ons till date.

Please give training to your associates before having them deal with customers. Especially Mr. Singh on billing counter in King George Save on Food Location. I think he's new and was not trained properly. Shopping in save on food from the last five years and never had a bad experience, except today.

They don't even put carrots ... Single celery sticks potatoes ....in sperate bags Instead mix them with other groceries I couldn't believe this

This is not my primary account. I went to Saveon in Parksville and asked the security guard where the washroom was. He followed me there and then to the deli where I picked out a sandwich. I then paid in the self checkout and when I exited he acused me of not paying. When I got upset he lied and called the police on me. Funny thing is I am an Asset Protection associate so understand the job and he did everything wrong. He tried to have me banned from the store for his mistake. I tried to get a manager to help without success. They told me I was lying. I did get a call from the store manager which was less offensive but he told me he would call me back after talking to the associate. He hasn't called back . I left a message for the district manager but haven't heard back. To be accused of what I spent the last 15 years deterring and stopping was highly offensive. If they had at any point simply apologized I would have let it go but they lied and went hard on the lies to disparage me. The security guard has no idea what his job entails.

I had a poor experience with getting hired in highgate village branch. I do not want to reveal the story here and I am looking to talk to HR. In simple words, the store managers totally destroyed my life. I will never forgive them.

My Save on on Roberson st is great, once I called because I got called to work to set up a different delivery time for my groceries. Instead the lady arranged for them to be brought to me right away at no cost difference. They do never have this strawberry whipped cake I order everytime, that's why I gave them a 4 . As soon as I get a cake it's a five star store

I’m extremely upset with the Scottsdale Save on foods in Surrey. I placed an online order for my groceries to be delivered between the hours of 8pm to 10pm. I have two young children that I need to have these groceries for the next morning. The time goes past 10pm and still no delivery so I called the store and the rep says oh sorry your order is still here and we have to reschedule your delivery for tomorrow….umm no you will bring me my order NOW and all he can say is sorry but I can’t?? I want to speak to the store manager and I got the supervisor she expected me to come and get my groceries. I was like no I paid for a service and you need to Follow through with my request plus I have two Children sleeping. Needless to say I will be calling head office tomorrow!!
