A	Aliya Bery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to start this review off with one piece of advice: if you are looking for a real estate agent in Toronto - Saul is your guy. I had been thinking about getting into the real estate market throughout COVID and one day bit the bullet and gave Saul a call, and am so thankful I did. As a first time homebuyer, I knew nothing about the process and had tons of questions. Saul went above and beyond from our first interaction to ensure I felt comfortable and armed with the right information to make informed decisions. He is truly invested in his clients, and isn't lying when he says he values relationships over transactions - the best part of the process was all the fun we would have on showings. Saul was extremely patient (we saw 20+ units) and always did his due diligence - researching and looking into factors that ensured I was making an educated decision (extremely important for a picky, type A person like myself). Saul is extremely knowledgeable - we would often place bets on what units would sell for, and without a doubt, Saul was always within 2K of the selling price. It's important to trust your agent - and that is what you will get with Saul. We ended up purchasing my condo in a 7 offer bully situation, and as usual Saul pulled through! I couldn't be happier - and can't wait to work with Saul on future endeavors.

Most importantly, Saul was efficient and was quick to book viewings, answer questions, and make offers which is what you want in a real estate agent. Something that he also did exceptionally well was create videos that explained details about our rental application and contract signing. We highly recommend working with Saul.
