Agreed upon dates and terms mean nothing to this organization or its employees. Administrator Helena Su Wong is impossible to contact. Her manager Sylvia Villamar and coworker Diana Benalcazar appear to never be in the office. Could not get ahold of Broker of Record Kenneth Laroza after his contact was given to me as an alternative. Would not recommend this business to the worst of my enemies. Majority of positive reviews come from employees at the company, see Emily Hatfield for an example. Avoid! Stay away! Run, don’t walk!”

Helped me find a condo to rent in Toronto after just one day of viewing places. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor and spent a few hours with me looking at several different places. Highly recommend!
A	A C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. I emailed one of their agents, Jessica Harvey for a listing I saw on Zumper. She got back to me immediately (which I appreciated). I told her I was unable to make it that same day for a viewing because I had work until 6. She then told me she may have one of her colleagues available that same evening for a viewing and will get back to me shortly to confirm. She has not gotten back to me since, even after following up with her. I proceeded to call their office. The receptionist picked up with the rudest tone. She was very dismissive. As soon as I called inquiring about the unit, she gave me one word replies. I definitely do not recommend this brokerage. Very very unprofessional service and definitely no help whatsoever. PLEASE do not waste your time here unless you love unprofessional services and being ghosted.

When we found "the one" he helped us secure it, in competition with 2 other offers, without overpaying. My mom is NOT an easy customer so I personally really appreciate his patience and positive attitude. He also recommended an excellent legal team for the closing.
