Emily came to my condo and recommended a few small changes and the removal of some furniture to better present the unit. Once she put forward her marketing plan my unit sold for over the original price I asked for, set a record in my building and it sold in one day. I recommend her to anyone in Toronto looking for top dollar.

From the moment we spoke with Jenny about our intent to either rent out or sell the unit, she ran through how the options could play out for us. She gave us time and space to think through what we wanted to do, and was available to answer any questions we had. We were fickle, so we went back and forth a few times, but Jenny was good natured and understanding about it. When we finally made a decision, she worked out a plan and schedule for selling it with us. When it came time to list the unit, Jenny and the Coral Realty team brought in stagers and professional photographers, etc. to set up the space for showing and create promotional materials. Everything looked amazing. Jenny managed the whole process and kept us abreast of what was going on and made everything very stress free for us. Everything went super smoothly. In short, the unit was listed for only a week and sold immediately. Jenny really looked out for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and really knows the area (Corktown), which was why we asked her to help us. She is super friendly and very forward with us. Even though we were sad to sell our condo, she made it a great experience for us. We highly recommend Jenny and Coral Realty.
