At first we didn't know where we wanted to buy, whether we wanted an investment opportunity, or a home to ourselves. We got to work with many members of the team in order to narrow down our criteria and ended up finding the perfect home. During the purchase process the team went above and beyond to coordinate between mortgage brokers, lawyers, property management, while also advising on possible renovations to add resale value to our future home. After closing Team Mangos stayed in touch to make sure things went smoothly and still keep in contact today. I would highly recommend Team Mangos and will definitely use them moving forward for future investment opportunities.

Natalia was super helpful and insightful in helping us find the right property for our circumstances and answered ALL the questions we had along the way. Working with Natalia made the process easy - I mean it, EASY. We bid on 5 or 6 properties before one of the offers was accepted and Natalia was patient and helpful through every offer night. Purchasing the property was half of the goal. Since we were looking to buy an investment property, we were anxious about the steps following the purchase. Receiving offers, doing background checks, researching potential tenants and all the stuff that comes with that. Natalia and Team Mangos did all of that work for us and found us a quality tenant in a week! It has been a truly phenomenal working with Natalia and Team Mangos. They took all the hard work out of entering the housing market and educated us through every step. I purchased my first condo through Team Mangos (Donny) and was very happy to go back as I looked to move into my next place. Natalia acted quickly and provided great advice when we found the place we wanted, ensuring that we viewed the condo immediately and were prepared to make an offer before it was scooped up by someone else. With the fast paced market, if we had waited another day (like we were planning), we would've missed the opportunity. She guided us through the process from start to finish, making it very simple for us navigate.
