We own and operate Saskatchewan's largest LTE network, which covers 99% of Saskatchewan's population. Our LTE network is part of a larger, nationwide network, giving you outstanding coverage in Canada. We are continuing to enhance out LTE network to address growing data demands.

LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) is the next step in the evolution of our wireless network and a major enhancement of the LTE network, which provides greater stability and faster performance. With more advanced technology and improved architecture, you can get download speeds up to 2.5 times faster, depending on your location, signal, and device.

We're always working hard to make our LTE network even better! In 2021, we've invested $27.5 million into LTE enhancements and $7.5 million into the final phase of the Wireless Saskatchewan Initiative. See LTE network enhancements for a list of recently implemented and upcoming enhancements.

I went to SaskTel Harbour Landing to ask for some clarification. The sales representative, a young lady ''Miss M.'' doesn’t know how to talk with politeness and with good manner. She was rising her voice to communicate with me. In addition, her knowledge about SaskTel services was very limited. Some of her information was wrong until her colleague came to correct her. Please SaskTel don’t hire people who are RUDE !, ARROGANT !, and NOT PROFESSIONAL !

I booked an appointment the night before online and today I went in and was helped by a really nice lady - I forget her name (sorry!) She looked at the comment I made through the online booking and instantly suggested the best option for me. Very helpful and she was quick to answer my questions! Unfortunately, at that time, the Sasktel website was going under some maintenance so she suggested that I download the app through my phone and within a few hours that I link my account. Regardless, it was great customer service Thanks!

I port my number in Dec to bell network and they are still sending me a bill , i went to see what’s going on they requested to see my bell network bill before they took off the charges ….you should have your own record about who left the company.

I called SaskTel a week or so ago to move back to Infinet and the rep on the phone was fantastic and told me I could do a self install and directed me to this store to pick up a modem. This was fantastic as my apartment has a simple fibre setup and I’m a tech savvy person so it’s right down my alley. However that’s were the good service stopped. I was greeted by a sales rep who had no idea about the self install program as well as every 30 seconds would leave our conversation to talk to new people at the door. I wouldn’t have minded this but she spent more time with new people coming in the door than with me. (She hadn’t even taken any info from me yet, and would get farther with people at the door than she had gotten with me) She also raised her voice at someone at the door and was very rude about it giving them a receipt for returned equipment. I genuinely thought about canceling my order and walking out. The store wasn’t very busy and again it took us probably double to triple the time just because the rep started helping others before finishing our transaction. I’m happy that internet is the only service I rely on SaskTel for because I would not feel confident getting any other products or services at this location. I will be calling in to SaskTel from here on out.
