★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self serving and completely non transparent organization that instills zero trust that consumer concerns about crown corporations’ conduct will be properly investigated. What, a Gov’t organization that finds a Crown Corp is completely justified in incorrectly billing someone for multiple years and offers no consumer recourse and protection? What a shocker! Don’t waste your time on this garbage organization, it’s a complete front and total waste of taxpayer money.
