Many times I've been just a few feet from the bus stop while waving my arms at them asking them to stop and they have just blown right by me. I have a double stroller with my two small children and I am rushed to get on and off without the driver even lowering the bus or ramp or getting decently close to the curb. There's maybe three drivers that are actually decent to their passengers.
S	Siva Kumari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with 14 Cardiff Transit operator Nikita. She is really a very nice person. She works on Mon,Tue, Wed and Friday. Today I have very bad experience i.e. On Thursday (May 23, 2019) Time is 7:49:00 AM. I don't know the name of the transit operator. It was heavy raining we were running to catch the bus. We are just behind the door the transit operator has left the bus stop, it is just 10 seconds difference. If the weather is good I will always come to bus stop at least 5 minutes early. Today it is raining so we came to bus stop on time. I am not expecting to wait for me, but we are right behind the door he left. That makes me feel really bad. Today I have very bad experience with Sarnia transit.
M	Mary Jane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, in the short time I've been back, the bus has left early from downtown when I'm really close to getting on. The one day it pulled off early to sit at a red light on George and Vidal. And another day we had been waiting the full half hour(because we narrowly missed the first bus) and they left again the 2nd time around without us. It didn't sit long enough for us to walk up to the bus and get on.. What is the bus shelter for, if it's not for waiting for the bus??

They are helpful if you are not sure about what buses to take and the buses run on time. The Sarnia transit has been so accommodating during the covid-19 crisis and is always expanding, or streamlining their routes to reflect the ever changing needs of the community. I love the sarnia transit.

d	dan Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently the redheaded driver has forgotten the rules of the road, in addition to local bylaws; specifically pertaining to pedestrians. It is not acceptable to preform a rolling stop while the pedestrian is crossing with a walk icon.
J	Judy McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday we used the service available for my Dad who is in a nursing home where they picked him up in the handicap bus, delivered him to my sister's house and returned him to the nursing home when we wanted him back. All for a $3.00 charge each way. You have no idea how much our family appreciated what you did. Because Dad went into the home in January (covid times) his grandchildren haven't seen him since then. Luckily some of them were available to drop by for a quick visit with him. What a wonderful service. I hope other people take advantage of this service as well. We couldn't have asked for him to be better taken cars of. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.
