M	Margaret Roe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our KitchenAid dishwasher stopped working for no apparent reason. Ahmed determined the cause of the problem & quickly fixed it. During this appointment, I mentioned how our oven & a burner, also KitchenAid, were not working. We had been told because of the pandemic, parts were not available & we would need to buy a new stove. Ahmed took the time to look at the oven & burner, did a thorough diagnostic & determined that the burner’s switch & the oven’s bake element needed to be replaced. We did not need a new stove! He will order the parts & come back to install them so we will have a working oven for Christmas. Ahmed truly cares about his customers & wants to solve their appliance problems. He is always courteous & considerate. Ahmed provides the best service & his fees are very reasonable as well.

Ahmed took time to explain the cause of the problem and showed us how to fix it ourselves should it happen again. A very nice and professional gentleman.

He is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. I previously used him a few month back to repair my Dryer. He will be my 1st call next time I need work done.

I got to meet him when I got home and made arrangements for him to be able to come back and hook up my dishwasher and install my vent hood. He wasn’t able to do the dishwasher right away as I need some parts. Fairly priced and has prompt service. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service ???

Ahmed answered phone and told him the problem with refrigerator and new part not working. He told me over the phone that new part was defective,send it back. I took a chance and ordered another part, installed it, it works great. Thank you for your expertise, will definitely call Sarnia appliance when in need of repair. I am a new Sarnia Appliance Service Centre client. One of the reasons that I will keep going back to Sarnia Appliance Service Centre for my repairs is that Ahmed is a true professional. From the moment he walked into my home, until the moment he left, he endeavoured and succeeded in doing his very best to help complete the task at hand. This is a welcome relief from the non-caring attitude that so many people have in the appliance repair business. For his part, he “stands head and shoulders” above the rest and will make me return to Sarnia Appliance Service Centre for my repair needs. I feel that Ahmed is an exceptional/professional repair person. He was always ready and willing to answer my questions to my total satisfaction. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. His knowledge of his craft coupled with his dedication and his personality is what customers need and, at times, crave. I thought that I would have to purchase a new refrigerator. Yikes!
