★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff from the very beginning were extremely helpful, honest and courteous. We purchased a washer and dryer set, and ran into some issues with our washing machine. Within 12 hours the store manager Teegan had arranged for a brand new washer to be delivered, and the defective one removed from our home without charge. We are so happy with the service we received with the furniture galaxy in Cold Lake. Extra thank you to Cherri-Lynn, Teegan and the delivery technicians for going above and beyond and exceeding all our expectations. We will definitely continue to go to the furniture galaxy in cold lake for all our needs!

The floor sales people treat you well, knowledgeable, and not too pushy. The management team always follows up and when things very rarely don't go perfect (manufacturing defects etc), it's always been dealt with promptly and politely and I've always been happy with the outcome. We've purchased all our appliances there, and all of our bedroom sets, and most of our living room furniture and will continue to do so as long as we live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a Dishwasher from here 10 yrs ago. It died this weekend, so as per normal, went it to get a new one. Great Service as always. The next morning, We had a flood from said dead washer. It leaked into the basement and fried the Power unit to a Special Chair (also from FG) for my Veteran hubby. I took the info in and the team worked diligently to help me replace it. Within the day, they found me a new one and it works great! Can't wait to get the new dishwasher! Always Great Service and amazing Customer Service.
