Sarah's Nails is friendly, professional and careful. I have always been impressed with their care for health and now, more than ever, I am impressed with their protocols, policies and procedures. My nails look amazing!! They are healthy and strong. Sarah and her team have ensured my nails look professional always and can withstand art-making, construction and the daily abuse I put them through in a busy life while they remain looking beautiful!

My favourite nail place in town. First time back since the pandemic started. I still love everyone and the modifications I saw look lovely.

***DO NOT GO HERE*** I spent $60 on a bio gel set before going on vacation. The very next day, some of the nails fell off. I had already left Kingston so I had to go somewhere else to fix the nails, and ended up redoing the entire set because the esthetician — Laura — hadn’t done the bio gel correctly. The nails were not going to last. When I contacted Sarah’s about this, they said I was warned that the bio gel set is less durable than the uv gel set. When Laura did my nails, she did say the bio gel isn’t suitable if I would be doing a lot of work with my nails or if my nails were too long. I was going on vacation and got a short length, so she ensured me that they would be fine in that case. I think Laura should have just said she doesn’t know how to apply bio gel because it was clear she was inexperienced. I wrote to them about a refund, and they replied: “The salon does not offer refunds in any of our services. Instead, The salon offers the clients the opportunity to redo their nails to resolve any nail issues with no charge. In your case, it is a bit different because you have gotten your nails done already by another salon. Therefore, we wanted to provide you with a discount on your next visit at Sarah’s.” Why would I go back? Instead of granting me a refund, they suggested I spend more money there. I responded insisting on a refund but didn’t get any reply from there, so once I returned from the vacation I went to the salon. They made me wait 30 minutes to talk to the manager, Angela, who initially kept saying she would not give me a refund. FINALLY she agreed to give me 50% back, which did not including the tax and tip I paid. Overall, I am unsatisfied with how they have dealt with this entire matter. This is BY FAR the worst nail experience I have ever had. They also did a shellac pedicure for me that chipped within a week. I see other reviews also say the nails don’t last. Don’t visit this salon: terrible estheticians and unreasonable customer service. They’re stealing clients’ money.

I had a broken nails after a nail service two days after it was done. I explained to them by phone the situation and they took me right away with no charge. They even included a hand massage as a service for the trouble. They will take care of your from the time you have your nails done to your next fills. I was a bit hesitant about my nails bit at the end everything worked out and I was happy and everyone complimented my nails :)

I called here 1week ago. I got they're 10 minutes early..my apt was at 530 they closed at 7 ii was told. I WASNT TAKEN FOR 45 MINUTES!!(I watched Sarah chat and laugh with a Regular though).when she did have me she rushed the job.and did not speak. Didn't sterilize anything.yelled and slammed the table and said you know how hard I worked when I asked for them cut shorter..charged me 70$for a new ACRYLIC set with shellac and 6.gemsSHOULD HAVE BEEN 45$ PLUS THE GEMS and the chunks and pivots outs of the nails cuz she didn't do them right at at all I've been getting my nails done 18yrs you know when 1minute filing with each drill ain't right PLUS I ASKED FOR COFFIN SHAPE. She was so ignorant it's still upsetting especially cause I payed for her her to do so She only got nice at the end when wanting pics for her Instagram..you can tell she feels she doesn't need your business or its cuz she ran it so close to closing

Got my nails done n they were exceptional the art they did was phenomenal I love them n they last till fillings no breakage nice strong durable the ppl there are absolutely amazing n friendly make u feel welcomed as if u were going to have coffee at families for an hour

Really happy with how my nails turned out. Went in to remove some biogels I had done at another salon and they convinced me to get a fill but I was worried about length. Angela made sure I was happy with the nails throughout the process and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The result was a very clean and professional look that are still sturdy and functional. Decent price and very kind service. Definitely recommend them.

I’ve been going to Sarah’s Nails for years now and I have NEVER been disappointed. Their sanitization and hospitality is top notch and does not compare to any other nail salons I’ve been to. I appreciate them fitting me in for a same day appointment at the END OF THE DAY and still taking the time and care to finish my nails even after 7pm closing. They are so kind and you truly get what you pay for here. Sarah is amazing, along with the rest of the staff I’ve had the pleasure of seeing speaking with. Thank you and keep up the great work, I know these are tough times and many of us appreciate you!
