Couples massage on Valentine’s Day was so relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aila was excellent in every way! I was interested in a service that I couldn't find on the website (body scrubs) and she looked into it, and added it on creating such a perfect spa day! My left thigh had lost tone after surgery last year and it is 100% back to normal now-- I AM COMING BACK for more magical treatments! I should have tipped more!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Violetta was wonderful!! The waxing was quick, precise and almost pain- free. She made we feel very comfortable, and we had a great chat. After the main event, she asked me if anything else could be done, and also did a nose wax which I didn't originally plan. Very professional, I highly recommend Violetta to everyone!

My lashes are beautiful after the lift and I will definitely be coming back to see Natasha again! Overall a great experience at Symphony Spa, very friendly staff with a clean and welcoming environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very loving staff, will go above and beyond if you are respectful and listen to directions, will recommend all my friends and family for all their spa, smoothie and hair cutting needs. Try the Leanne banana, it's to die for and has a calming color. Have had multiple massages and have never been disappointed. Also the hair cutting staff is super knowledgeable and professional. Have a great day be kind to one and each other

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cody is the best hairstylist/colorist I have ever had and I have been to salons all across Canada.
He was warm, kind and had a clear vision for my hair and how to make it look its best.
The entire staff at Symphony Spa made me feel pampered and at home.
I came in feeling depressed and rundown with my hair and came out feeling fabulous. My expectations were beyond exceeded.
I will be recommending Cody to all my friends and family and I am 100 percent a dedicated customer now.
Can't wait to come back in 6 weeks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about this place, the atmosphere or the staff! I had a spa day at Symphony a couple of weeks ago where I got a massage, pedicure, and had my hair done. Every step of the way the staff was SO kind of courteous, always checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable but not in a way that felt pushy. Just organically kind and comforting. The best part (and yes – the Smoothie Bar and Coffee was a close runner-up to this) was my experience with an absolute hair GENIUS, Cody. He took my hair from a dark brown to a caramel balayage and styled it so beautifully, I was emotional during the big reveal because it had been years since I felt so glammed up. It was really the pick-me-up I needed after recently facing a substantial tragedy in my family.
Thank you, Symphony Spa! You really brightened things up for me during a hard time. I can't wait to come back!
