★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel compétent. Mais avec les haut parleur de faible qualité, on entend mal et en plus plein de bruits environnant de leurs collègues ou client qui ne sont pas filtrés par leur micro. Très désagréable comme expérience.
Competent staff. But with low quality loudspeakers, we hear badly and in addition full of surrounding noises from their colleagues or customers who are not filtered by their microphone. Very unpleasant experience.

Il n'y a certainement pas de meilleurs endroits pour effectuer l'achat d'un téléphone. Je vous recommande fortement le Wireless Etc du Costco St-Bruno!
I had the opportunity to deal with Tanya for the purchase of my new device and it was a real pleasure. In addition, I was able to benefit from the incredible Black Friday promotions! There is certainly no better place to buy a phone. I highly recommend the Wireless Etc at Costco St-Bruno!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. My 1st time at a Costco cellular kiosk and the last one for sure.
1st I've been served by Nicolas at Costco Entreprise Cousineau. I ask him for a Samsung S21Ultra but he managed to hide this detail while showing me on the screen the pricing and term & pushing me to quickly put my initial. Then asked me to pay and come back to get the phone while he's checking it.
Got back...still didn't showed me the phone but assured me everything is good to go.
Once in my car I decided to look because I was feeling something strange about that sale and this is when I seen the one for the 1st time and it was the basic S21.
Called him to explain myself but he told me that he doesn't have time to make the refund and I should come back in a few weeks/days. Next day I went back anyway and he had me wait on the line to finally tell me the same again.... doesn't have time(1 lady was in the line and they were 2 representatives at the kiosk). He then decide to tell me i could come back at the end of the day because it's less busy between 5-6pm so I left knowing I wouldn't have service from him because on Sunday Costco close at 5pm.
Tried to go to a different Costco but they couldn't do the refund because je explain to me I have to go at the same location of the purchase. "No worry he said, its going to be fast coz way less people there" LMAO
So I decided to explained to him my situation and he was shocked to hear that. He made a quick phone call to Nicolas before telling me to go back and I shouldn't have any problem this time.
Indeed. Nicolas had the time to make the refund within 5min even if 1 person was waiting in the queue.
