★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get my Samsung S10+ repaired, after it was unusable for 6 months (screen had shattered and with COVID, I did not want to send it in by mail). I had the pleasure of dealing with Martin, who was super friendly, informative and quick! I left my phone there over night (I arrived close to closing time) and the next morning I had received a message mentioning my phone was ready. Overall, I had great service and would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very satisfied with the service I got! I came for a battery change and I got my phone back within 2 hours. The kind worker (blond hair) took the time to explain me how to make my battery last longer! Also, they had the best price compared to other companies and their work is guaranteed for a year! Since my provider is Telus, I also got a discount! I highly recommend and I will post an update regarding the battery and phone in a month.
Update:
Reason why I changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Since my battery was changed in April, I feel like the battery is still not holding a charge at all. I contacted Mobile Klinik on August 13 and someone told me that they had placed an order and should receive new batteries on the week of the 16 of august. I have been waiting all week and no one called me. So I decided to give them a call. They told me the battery was out of stock. Then it happened that I was at the bruno mall this week (week of the 23rd) so I went to see them in person! The man who served me was really nice but it seemed that none of my information was in the system because he put the information into the computer. I was under the impression that when I called on August 13th, my information was already in their system. Anyway, for now my rating will stay at 3 until my battery is fixed! I will keep you updated on the situation.
Update: They called me back! Went in person and the guy was very helpful! He ran some tests and explained a lot of things to me. Still really happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my pixel 4xl that wont turn on to repair , she said its free for the diagnostic , the next day they call me saying that they will charge for the diagnostic actually waw mind blown, i had a real bad experience , i wont recommend to anyone + there is scratches on my screen now ... unprofessional.
