O	O D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have supported Sandy for over 10 years. I was very unhappy by my last visit. I don't know if she did not recognize me with my mask on but she and her staff were very rude! I asked for threading as per usual and was told they needed to wax instead. They used an open container of wax and double-dipped into the pot! Very unsanitary given the current circumstances of COVID-19. The member of staff then proceeded to thread my brows after waxing, a technique I had just been told they weren't able to do. I am very disappointed by the experience, and I expected better from Sandy. If you value hygiene during the pandemic, look elsewhere.

They make recommendations where necessary and I am always satisfied with their work. Staff members are trained and professionals. I must give the salon credit for going above and beyond in following the safety protocols for covid 19.

I was more than happy to get my haircuts from them and people always asked where did I get my hair done from ?? Apart from the quality, the pricing is just great, I always felt that I am paying less for excellent quality that they always deliver. Highly recommend.

And best of all, I know I can always depend on walking out of your salon feeling and looking my best!” Although they do threading with hands it is safe for client due to covid-19. They follow up the fraser health rule and regulations. This place is always clean and friendly for me.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic all rules and regulations were followed. All protective gear is worn and social distancing is maintained in the store. All equipment is sanitized and cleaned after each customer use. The owner Sandy is always cheerful and welcoming; this has become my favourite place beauty salon.

I was taught how to give good customer service and be professional talking to customers and colleagues in the work place. The salon has very good products as well, that worked very well for majority of people. The salon itself was very hygienic. Overall I learned a lot from the staff there. Excellent experience!

I have been going there for years but lately they are unable to handle the busy clientele. She started colouring someone's hair before taking me. I had to wait almost 30 minutes when she could have just helped me first since eyebrows take only 5-7 minutes.

They take advantage of customers by charging tax PST 7% which even doesn’t exist for hair salons as per Canada Revenue Agency. Moreover, when they quote rate of the service, they do not tell that GST will be charged on top of the service..which most salons already include in their quoted price. When you question them, they keep giving excuses…the other person accidentally charged for wrong service…or there was more work and I even did not charge you fully….but what is the point of quoting the price then? I could include whole incidence of mine here but I refrain from mentioning as the owner pleaded me. But I want to give the idea of what they are upto so the customers could be well-informed.
