★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very good at all services like waxing, threading, facials, laser etc. but need to improve on head hair services. I went for hair colouring last week and the girl there wasn't very good at listening to what I wanted. She did what she thought looked good and was kind of frustrated at me for being too picky. She was the only one working on hair for a long line up of ladies who wanted to get their hair done. I spent $80 there and then I had to spend another $80 at another hair salon to get it corrected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give the place 1 star, the worst salon ever, the 2 ladies that were working today around 1:15 on sat, april 2nd were absolutely the rudest people ever! I walk in and no one comes out of the rooms…so after 5 mins a lady walks about and asks me what I was at the salon for and I said “eyebrow threading” and they were like we don’t do mens treading….but I’ve got treading done here before once and they never said anything about me being a male…and then the other lady in the other room wasn’t even coming out and kept saying “we don’t do mens treading” and I explained I’ve got my eyes done here before and she totally ignored and said they won’t be doing it. I respected that and asked them for there managers number and they had no clue as to what I was asking them…and later before giving me the card one of them says again “we don’t do mens treading” and then hands me over a card that wasn’t even there managers card! This place is very unprofessional! The only issue I have now is why did they do my treading the other day and now there saying they can’t do it. The staff seem like they don’t know how to do anything!
