However, the staff at Meenas made me feel very comfortable and soothed all my fears as they were very clean! While waiting I could see the staff sanitizing all the chairs and their tools after being done with the client! Cleanliness is so important right now and I'm very happy I went here as I have had bad experiences with other salons in this area for not being clean! They also did an amazing job with waxing, their was no residue left on my skin which shows their professionalism! Will definitely be visiting again soon!

It started with pulling of my hair harshly while removing foils from my head by the lady named as Sonia…so unprofessional. She almost burnt my scalp while drying my hair plus hit me on my head with the hair dryer… Not attentive at all. I doubt she even is trained in this profession. I don’t remember the lady’s name I guess it’s Bhupinder who did my hair. I thought she was nice but she showed her color after spoiling my hair. At least ‘something’ showed color…my hair never did. I was promised violet but was given burgundy that is inconspicuous in my dark hair. When I complained about this she bluntly refused to redo it, argued for half an hour and demanded more money. Not at all accommodating…so unprofessional…kept on lying and putting blame on me that Shouldn’t have chosen this color. Hair color quality is so poor as it comes out to be completely opposite of what you want. Charged unreasonably high, took so much of extra time…shear wastage of my time and money….spoiled my weekend and of course my hair. UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL & UNPROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DESI SALON. I used to like them but hair colouring is not their forte. Zero customer satisfaction. Never going to visit them again.

Moreover she is super friendly and an amazing hairdresser. The service was of high quality and quick. I felt very comfortable and safe because all Covid-19 rules were followed. I highly recommend her and the salon to everyone.

Just because some other customers who came after me were waiting, she performed her work in a hurry. I am not satisfied with her work. She just ruined the shape of my eyebrows. This happened once before too. I am not going to this salon ever again.
