Moved here 4 years ago and we love it. Lots of things to do if you're so inclined, but no one hassles you to join anything. Reminds me of my childhood neighbourhood.

Enjoyed my visit the area was clean and homey like just looking for now ,modeler homes may be the answer to my future housing ideas but the cost of buying a home and having a mortgage on leased land and paying the the maintenance fees is out of my price range with utilities on top of that it's cheaper for me to get a apartment.

Think twice before you buy here. Purchased our forever home 4 years ago and am so terribly disappointed. Parkbridge is a business and cares only about the bottom line. In my opinion they are an inattentive and unresponsive landlord paying lip-service to the home owner's concerns. The manager is an ineffective communicator who doesn't understand that communication is the giving and receiving of information. If it wasn't for the volunteers who devote untold hours to organizing clubs and dances and special events this place would be nothing more than another suburb. The roads are full of pot holes, the tv/phone/internet reception is terrible no matter the provider, garbage all around the mailboxes because Parkbridge took away the recycling bins, 2 years in arrow the pool didn't open in a timely manner for the summer. The HOA tries but there is only so much they can do. If I could afford to move I'd be gone in a heart beat.

I have been living in Sandycove for over 10 years now and I can honestly say looking around that it is the best deal around, considering all the extras that you get and the low taxes that you pay that are included in your maintenance fees. We have a 2 bedroom 1400 sq. ft, with 1 1/2 bath, walk in shower, sunroom, 2 car parking, large dinning room, large living room, kitchen and Sun room with a wood deck and a patio deck backed on to a forest which gives us lots of fresh air and a good nights sleep. We also have outside storage also, three club houses, two pools and a host of activities that will keep you busy year round if you want. We have snow removal for your driveway if you move your cars and are close to all the big box stores and services that you need for daily life, thats it.

Sandy cove Acres is a great place to live for senior. There is so much do to and it’s only minutes away from lake Simcoe. But the management here is not so good.I have so many family wand friends that live here but they are so unhappy with the management. It use to be so good when the rice Owen it.I hope this management stars doing some good things instead of ripping people off.

We have lived here for 8 + years and this has been the most fulfilling to my wants and needs. When Parkbridge took over, there were changes made. People that live here need to think outside of the box sometimes and look at the big picture. We are blessed with all the things we have going for us here in the park. The grounds people are trying their best to live up to the past maintenance crew but have not quite accomplished it but you can see they are trying and when you talk to them, they try and help out as much as they can. Hats off to them for a difficult job to do. I highly recommend living here in Sandy Cove. You can be as busy as you want or not. There are so many different things to choose from and it is all run by volunteers. If you have a problem with living in the park and you have nothing better to do but complain, then maybe it is time you find the right place to live that will make you happy. I can almost guarantee that you will not be happy where ever you live.

Wonderful people, great activities to enjoy such as dances, darts, cards so much more. On the bad side high land lease for new buyers, no snow removal, no storage facility, high water and sewer rates. Would suggest you think twice about here as it is no longer retirement but adult living.

Lived here 14 years, we are on our 2nd home and love it more and more every day. Entirely new office staff are a breath of fresh air! They are fabulous. As far as people speaking of high fees? You would never find an apartment anywhere in Ontario for the land lease fees we pay. We are in a brand new manufactured home in 2020 and our fee is $683. Taxes are less than Innisfil homes as are water and sewer charges. The amenities are second to none and all will be back up and running once Covid is gone or all residents are vaccinated. My guess is late 2021. Love Sandycove Acres! Gets better every day!
