His favourite was the staff! He found all to be so warm and helpful. Thanks for making a difference in the last years of his life.

Craig was wonderful with helping with her set up and AJ, the activities manager was so welcoming to include my mom in all the events. Her first day there was a train ride ! Awesome ! Mom phones me everyday to tell me how happy she is. Great team at the Barrington ??
K	Katherine Parent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dad had a wonderful experience at the Barrington. He moved in March of 2016 until fall of 2018. His room was spacious, bright and cheery. He was always greeted with a smile and the staff was super patient with him and willing to tend to the services he required. As the primary contact I can't thank the staff enough for all they did for our dad and for us. Dad is living in Long Term care now but we miss everyone at The Barrington including the lovely people who were residents. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Katherine

Joy Grenon the Communications Mgr even came in on a Sunday to spend a few hours "bonding" with our Mom. The facility is spotless and the commitment from every team member to make the residents feel welcomed and at home is outstanding. A huge bonus was no 2 week lock-down was required because Mom has been given both vaccines. Such a relief to know she is in the best possible hands. 5+ Stars

All there showed great dedication, care and real affection for my Mom. She loved the various activities, getting outdoors to sit in the sun on their various pairs and all of the visiting musicians, craft shows and the like. Her room was bright, airy and well appointed. Thanks to all at Barrington for their care and the many new friend Mom met there.

She was unable to return home and Livita became her new HOME. It is truly a warm, comfortable place to live! She loved it! She sang praises about the staff, the food, and the accommodations. We lost mom earlier this year, but my dad has moved in now! He constantly talks about the staff at the Livita (kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, nursing, administration - EVERYONE!). He is treated with respect and kindness, is served great meals and his room is beautiful! ALL of his needs are being met! Livita has become a part of our family. We don’t have to worry about him living alone. There is always staff available if needed. During these crazy covid times our family feels blessed to know dad is living the best life he can and is happy! Thank you!!

My father only got to experience the Barrington for 7 days before he went into the hospital and passed shortly afterwards. However, in those 7 days, the staff not only cared and loved my father but my family as well. If it wasn't for the staff at Barrington advocating for my father while he was in the hospital, we never would have gotten my father into hospice so quickly where we could visit him on his final day. The staff at Barrington made his short transition so comfortable and smooth that my father was happy in his new home. He was smiling and engaged for those few days he got to spend at Barrington. I will forever be grateful to the staff at Barrington for their kind words, their care and genuine love they quickly grew for my father. This is the only place I would ever send an aging loved one. They truly are the cream of the crop!!

Emily the general manger is top notch and has a wonderful team. Glenda the nursing manager goes above and beyond with her PSW team (glue to keeping all healthy ) the meals are healthy and and always a variety. Joy and Christine at the desk are always so happy and to assist in ANY issue?Amee the activities director is super. The energy and love she shares is unbelievable! The variety of entertainment and outings and crafts is super. She treats all the residents like there her own parents. I can’t say enough about the Barrington and the wonderful team ?thx u regards Linda bodrug ?
