β β β β β I bought the the mens chelsea boots in black leather, and within a year there were gashes in the side and a hole straight through the sole. I wore these primarily to the office. Would not recommendedβoverpriced and poor quality.

β β β β β Terrible service. The sales associate got upset that I distracted her from watching football game on her phone. Needless to say I got zero help with looking up the sizes and styles.
I didnβt feel like buying after the service like that and I got a dirty look from the sales associate as a good buy....

β β β β β No refund οΌ no exchange, no one told you about that before you bought . Have quality problems, very expensive. I went there for exchanging or refunding, the manger called three security guards to come. What? So crazy! This is your service for your customers? First time also last time for me to buy clothes there.
