We booked her mid pandemic as wedding planning was getting a lot more complicated, when we moved our date she was so supportive and helped us so much along the way. Everything I was hesitant about or unsure of, she was able to answer and guide me in that area, from decor/design to wedding favours to the rental process to overall flow of the day. Every time we met up with her or had a meeting I instantly felt so relieved and less stressed. Besides wedding planning, my husband and I had so much fun hanging out with her in general, she’s so warm and easy to talk to. Our day went so smooth, and even when there were minor issues, she was on it. I definitely recommend having her involved with your wedding day!!

Sandra & Jill were the perfect duo. We met with Sandra initially and she gave us so many recommendations in the original meeting we knew we needed her. We hired a majority of the vendors that she recommended and have zero regrets, they were all fabulous. Fast forward to 60 days before the wedding when Sandra emailed me that she could basically take over my planning at that time... Honestly, that was life changing. It was challenging lining up all the vendors for delivery/pick up... Not only that but all the little things I hadn't thought of she would remind me. Her organization was outstanding. She emailed every vendor their timeline and expectations which was awesome. The day before the wedding & the morning of the wedding, I was so calm and relaxed - I knew Sandra was going to take care of everything and she sure did. I bought items and Sandra decorated with them and the venue COULD NOT have been more beautiful. She brought my vision to life... Better than I could have. If you need a Wedding Planner, hire Sandra. From early on in our planning process, Sandra was always willing to answer questions and provided valuable advice on everything from vendor selection to decor. This was especially helpful for us as we were planning our wedding from out of province. We were able to turn to her for support when navigating all of the COVID unknowns and she really shared in our excitement about the day. We felt that Sandra understood our vision and we were able to trust that everything would turn out the way that we hoped. The best part was that my husband and I, as well as our families, could truly enjoy every moment of the day without having to worry about any of the logistics. We worked with Sandra Cassios for our wedding which was originally on September 19, 2020, then changed to September 18, 2021 for obvious reasons. Sandra helped us navigate postponing a wedding in a pandemic and was so supportive throughout that tough time. Sandra is literally the best wedding planner and I am so happy we had her part of our special day! From the beginning, Sandra treated us like family and her main goal was to make our wedding the best day for us and our guests. The day of the wedding was pure bliss and the best day of our lives. We are so thankful to have had their experience to get through the sometimes overwhelming decisions we had to make. They were able to anticipate and avoid problems before they arose, and they made the process fun. Sandra was also able to help me prioritize and ensure my vision was carried out properly. She has a knack for making things look beautiful and was so supportive of all of our ideas. She helped the day come together, and everyone in attendance was so complimentary of the overall vibes. My number one fear going into my wedding day was that I wasn't going to be able to enjoy the day because I would be too caught up in trying to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. When we first met with Sandra, I knew that she was someone trustworthy and detail-oriented, who I could count on to make sure my vision came to life. Having Sandra by our side took the pressure off and allowed me to really relax and enjoy my wedding- something I once though would be impossible! If you are getting married, the best piece of advice my husband and I could give you would be to use a wedding day coordinator or manager. You might be asking yourself if a wedding planner is worth it ($). We were engaged at the very end of April 2021 and were married at the very beginning of September 2021. We did not initially budget for a planner so we had a few long conversations over the decision. We are so glad we made the investment. Sandra made the planning process FUN and stress free. Planning a wedding in a pandemic could have been a nightmare but we were able to trust Sandra and focus on the details that mattered most to us. She came THROUGH on our wedding day. Not a single issue or stress came up (that we know of anyway!). It was absolutely the best day of our lives and we have no doubt Sandra was a huge reason for that. Weddings have so many details and Sandra was knowledgable and supportive throughout the entire process. We learned the venue day of coordinator is not the same as having your own coordinator. You need someone that is truly invested and cares about your every detail. That's Sandra. She is on your side and your voice of reason every step of the way. Do not skip this important wedding investment. We both now agree that hiring a wedding planner should be #1 on your to-do list after getting engaged and you would be making a smart decision going with Sandra!
