In addition, we also expect them to deliver customer service at a very high level. Effectively dealing with these issues is in the DNA of Samsonshield. As an added bonus, we get all the expert risk identification/mitigation services of Riskboss at no extra charge identifying and resolving all our risk issues before incidents happen. I have seen first hand that Samsonshield staff work only at our site and on the same shift pattern - this is in stark contrast to previous companies we used we found a different face every week. I have no hesitation in recommending Samsonshield. They are excellent.

All my IDs, bank/credit cards, and money were in it, including my condo keys. I was given access to my unit, which I own, but when I asked for my door to be locked one more time so I could leave my unit and see if I could do something about finding my purse, I was told no. The concierge would not be doing that. The Samsonshield Inc supervisor for Gramercy Park condos instructed the staff to not help me. Maybe other supervisors at other condos sites are more empathetic and understanding, but the one for Gramercy Park Condos is not. If it's too much to ask for 5 minutes of someone's time to lock/unlock an owner's door under extremely stressful and exceptional circumstances, then perhaps Samonshiled Inc. should rethink who they have in charge of making decisions. I assumed that when someone is hired to be of service, they will be of service when you need them. What is the point of hiring them if they are not?

He also spoke in great detail about the company and the vacancy. The office manager is very friendly and hospitable. I hope to receive an offer from the company.

I am very disappointed and didn't even know this was happening. Samsonshield securities at 2 Anndale were so professional and recognize the residents and was always pleasant to deal with. One of the regular security man is super kind, and there is also another regular security woman with glasses who is just so professional and cool, very levelheaded. They were actually all really professional and nice and I lived in a few different condominiums in Toronto and never had all securities being so professional. Hope the management realizes this and brings back Samsonshield to our building. Please come back with the same security staff. I lived in a condo with First Security Protection Services and honestly I could do a better job than them and I have no security experience.
M	M Mohib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I worked for samsushield for one year few years back and they are super strict, controlling, not at all accommodating, throw all the unnecessary duties on u, pressurize u to work extra hours and if u refuse they will pretty much force u. Long and crazy incident reports. You have to be concierge , Security, tech , superintendent as well at many occasions. Pay is extremely low and there is no room for advancement. I don't think we can enjoy our regular life when u work for this company. It was a best decision to quit this company and join another one where I am doing really well now at a supervisor position.
