Took time out of his day and sometimes night and a few weekends to talk to me over the phone to help explain and understand with any questions I had with the mortgage. Once I closed the deal on my new place Samir guided me on what my next steps are and really expressed my paperwork to the bank to get me all set and ready to go with my mortgage.
