C	Chukwuemeka Onyenezido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend MortgagePal enough! Was buying my first house and I applied for a mortgage with my bank. They gave me an assurance that my mortgage had been approved, only to turn around 4 days from closing to say they had to re-send my mortgage to the default insurers due to some information mismatch and it had been declined. So if I wanted to buy the house I had to magic out 20% of the value. My realtor then introduced me to Lucas he quickly got to work on it and somehow managed to get me a mortgage at an even better rate than my bank, and got it approved by the default insurers - all in 1 day! Impressive doesn't even cut it! If I could give 10 stars I would! Looking forward to working with Lucas again in future.

Right from explaining us newcomers even the simplest of things, he helped me with all my questions and also with negotiations and offers from multiple providers. Not just that, Lucas also helped us get a commitment letter from a major bank within a very difficult time crunch. And he was always there with timely solutions, during this long process of 4 months. Would definitely recommend this gem of a person!!

I was very concerned as a younger home purchaser as mortgage qualification standards are getting tighter and tighter and I was almost certain I would not be able to find nor qualify for a mortgage that would be needed to get an average home in my current market.
