She worked with me and my family with patience and insight as to what our options were with refinancing our home. As a young family with a few children, she guided us to the best possible options that would suit our current needs. The prompt service was always coupled with clear understanding as to what It was we were signing, if we had questions she had answers. I would like to add that Ashley also went out of her way to teach us or show us beneficial planning that would help us meet our future financial goals.
This is the third refinancing through 2 homes we have completed with Ashley and I am confident that any others will surely be taken care of by her. Through the years she has earned a spot as one of our “go to” professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Ashley 5 years ago a few days after another mortgage broker I had for years told me I needed to sell my income property in order to qualify and move on to purchase a new single family home. I met Ashley and she told me that we shouldn't have to do this. It's just that my current mortgage broker did not know how to qualify people with income properties, we just need to look at different lending options. Well, fast forward to a week later and Ashley had us approved for a single family home while still being able to keep our income property with the best rate in the market. Thanks to Ashley finding a way to keep our investment and own our own single family home, our income property has increased in value of over $250k since that time. Ashley's knowledge is beyond the average broker and her expertise can help create financial wealth through real estate. I highly recommend speaking to Ashley even if another broker has told you it can't be done. If there is a way... Ashley will find it!
