★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel so lucky I called Sam☺️I wasn’t really expecting anything done on a Friday afternoon, but they called me back when I didn’t even leave a message. When I told them I have a water pump issue at my basement, they immediately offered to come over because here I quote “madame, I’ll send somebody over, it’s going to rain over the weekends” ?it’s so considerate!!!!!! I feel like I was talking with my friend?thank you so much～Merci beaucoup～一万个谢谢～ありがとうございました～감사합니다～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Sam's and let them know I had a leak in the basement. I had Mike and his assistant here within 24 hours. Mike was able to locate the problem, and fix the leak, cleaned up and gave very good details as to what he found. Gave me the next steps as to make sure before closing the opening that all is very dry. I had great service and Mike is very knowledgeable. I will be calling them again as I need to have installed an " anti clappet" Thank you again.

The end result was excellent and amazing in terms of craftsmanship with the installation of the sump pump, the back up sump pump and the various piping routing and installation for our laundry room/powder room. Sam is very knowledgeable and is always honest in offering the best solution to us. On top of this, his work ethics are great and we appreciate his attention to details. You can't go wrong with Sam and his team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will be a SAM Plomberie customer for as long as I live in this area. I forgot to write a review the first time Sam did work at my condo unclogging a drain. That job deserved a separate 5 star review. Two of his staff members installed a water heater today and once again I am impressed by the excellent communication / customer service and i am entirely satisfied with the work performed. I recommend Sam without hesitation. Sam is honest, trustworthy, takes the time to explain the issue in layperson terms without condescension. Prices for everything have gone up as we all know; Sam's prices remain entirely reasonable and he is very clear in explaining the breakdown of charges and costs. I would trust Sam with any work that falls within his realm of expertise. I feel like the job is being managed by a trusted friend who actually cares about my wellbeing and who has a wonderful outlook on life plus a great sense of humour.
Highly recommend. Thank you again, Sam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last 4 years I have contacted 3 entities for various plumbing work. I have to say that Sam Plomberie has been the one that has impressed me the most. From the initial call to when the team arrived and did the work, total professionalism. Had a leak that i noticed in basement but originated from shower on the second floor. Was expecting the worse and costly. Mike analyzed the situation and was able to minimize the intervention ( cutting of access in kitchen wall). Mike truly knows his profession. All the time he demonstrated concern and caution in minimizing the access hole to do repair. Sam (owner) passed by while work being done. Pleasant conversation. All fixed in 3 1/2 hrs. Highly recommend and if ever needing plumbing services again, I will be calling Sam and ask for Mike to do repair. Cost was good value.
