We are happy with the service and will call him again if the drain blocks again in the future (hope not!!).

I like to understand how things work and they had no problem explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. They offer a great service at a good price. When he was proceeding to connect the water lines for the washing machine he said “oh I can’t tell for sure if the water lines are in the right order..” He was saying he couldn’t check if the hot line was hot and vice-versa. Where is your basic logic ? I had buckets to check (but he had already connected the lines) and just told him I would start the washing machine. And he said “how will you know?” IS HE SERIOUS ??? First you can touch the lines and you’ll feel the temperature.... second you set the cycle to hot or cold.... I had asked for the water to be connected to my fridge. He said he wouldn’t do the connection because there was a pressure regulator to be installed according to the appliance’s instructions (which was included with the fridge). Pretty disappointed.....

By far, Plomberie Chauffage Soltech is the best on every point that you would measure a plumber. I have used them twice in the last six months. Both times they went above and beyond expectations. They showed up for an emergency very quickly, did a quality job and all at a very reasonable price. They should be your go to plumber.
