Following a call .... I stay in a prestigious condo in Île des Sœurs Verdun, ..... for small drops of water below the sink we could have the plumber during the same day .. ... Excellent service, very professional and clean ..... the plumber Mathieu .... cleaned everything before his departure and with his experience .... he avoided a water damage by changing parts Sylvie P.

Cela ne les a pas gênés de me faire payer deux fois le travail de deux plombiers. Ils m'ont aussi donné le MAUVAIS numéro de pièce à commander. Coût de l'opération pour une baignoire qui fuit comme avant: 600$. Évidemment ce n'est pas leur faute!! Ah ah ah! Mais il faut payer quand même! Le plus CHEAP de tout, à une autre reprise, alors qu'ils venaient pour une autre dame dans mon immeuble, j'avais juste un petit travail à faire sous un évier. Un raccord. Cela a pris 15 minutes au plombier. Et bien, j'ai reçu une Facture de 1h30 Incluant le transport!!! Et l'autre dame aussi qui n'avait, elle aussi qu'un petit travail à faire! Donc deux fois le transport! Une honte! Dommage que des gens agissent ainsi! Je n'ose pas trop dire le mot qui me vient à l'esprit! Oui, j’aurais du comprendre la première fois! Ashamed how much they overcharge even when they miss a repair that caused a flood in my apartment. They didn't mind charging me twice for the work of two plumbers. They also gave me the WRONG part number to order. Cost of operation for a leaky bathtub as before: $ 600. Obviously it's not their fault !! Ah ah ah! But you have to pay anyway! CHEAP most of all, on another occasion, as they came for another lady in my building, I just had a little job to do under a sink. A fitting. It took the plumber 15 minutes. Well, I got an invoice for 1h30 Including transport !!! And the other lady too, who also only had a small job to do! So twice the transport! A shame! Too bad people do this! I don't really dare say the word that comes to mind! Yes, I should have understood the first time!

La veille, je les appelle pour confirmer. Là la dame me dit qu'ils sont trop occupés et que ça ira dans 2-3 semaines. J'ai perdu la semaine d'attente. C'est pas une boite sérieuse. I made an appointment with them a week in advance for work that would take several days. I am waiting for the week. The day before, I called them to confirm. There the lady tells me that they are too busy and that it will be fine in 2-3 weeks. I wasted the week of waiting. It's not a serious box.

I told them also that previously a plumber came to unclog the sink with a 30f-snake but it did not work. Daniel Plomberie sent within a few hours a very competent plumber who rented a longer snake, was super professional and finished both jobs within an hour. Great customer service on the phone, great service in person. I would definitely call them again should I have a plumbing problem.
