J	Justin DeGasperis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great. Workers are there to help the clients that are homeless. Bus tickets clothing vouchers computers and phones are available for use to find accommodation. Also 3 meals a day And 100 beds to shelter the men.
N	Neel Narine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean in terms of the Salvation Army the staff was accommodating and helpful. They provided a positive reinforcement to help me get my situation back on track. I had a little problems with the communication of O.W to the Salvation Army, however the Salvation Army was once again accommodating. In terms of people (roommates), crack central, people Over dosing left right and center. Those people need rehab or the Salvation Army should start drug screening as soon as someone admits they have some addiction problem go send them to rehab. Too many thieves, you gotta keep all cellphones, chargers, with you at all times. But that has nothing to do with the staff Thank you
B	Black Ice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it seemed pretty good at first, the shine quickly wears off. The caseworker I was assigned, did not really seem interested in listening to me. The "plan" (if you can call it that) that was given to me (more like a set of orders, actually) to supposedly help me find a place and get out of there, is impossible to carry out. Obviously he's not had to hunt for a room online himself. The general night staff in reply to complaint I made about having a flashlight shone in my face every 15 minutes was "Well you don't have to stay here or we could transfer you to Toronto..." This is NOT helpful. The bathrooms are at best a mess and at worst, cesspools with no regular maintenance on them through the day or night. My advice would be this: If you can find space at any other shelter, go there.
P	Paul Tuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Shelter for MEN ONLY is well run by people who exhibit great care and concern for the clientele. I conduct weekly chapel services there, and find that the place is exceptionally clean and efficient and getting men settled in their time of need. The meals are well balanced and delicious.

But I would not recommend to take kids with you even for donation. Well we informed about that from the staff as my daughter is not old enough, they advised me to not bring her with me to donate. Almost 100 people including staff.

I am trying to give YOU GUYS FREEE stuff and the least they could do is be a little respectful. The whole time I was talking, the lady kept mentioning how we just want photos and her tone of voice was so rude. Salvation army is too mainstream look at other shelters with nicer staff.
R	Rui Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majority is not fit to deal the issues that many clients of this Shelter are going through. I'm sure their referral to the position by familiars work there already. They use they work position and (power) to gaslight in every way the people going there. I'm surprised after so many complaints peel region and the management of the salvation army still has don absolutely nothing. It's disgusting and blows my mind in a negative way that the staff mostly very ignorant, says to your face your not suppose to feel comfortable. Peel region should enforce and make sure that people that are working there is mentally fit to that Job which I have my doubts . It's not the clients that get comfortable but the staff abusing verbally and mentally people, and by dealing with their own private life during work time , and date you ask them anything without them give some kind ignorant response.

Hopefully, I won't need to stay there a 3rd time so a bed can be used for another perSun, with that said here is gratitude of infinite measurement.
