★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole, owner of Salty Fig, was the caterer for our daughter’s wedding with 23 guests held mid-September outside on the deck at our cottage in the Cariboo. We could not be more impressed with Nicole! She is communicative and accommodating in every way. Even better, she is unflappable under pressure witnessed when the oven element broke during meal preparation. Her exceptional organizational skills and her planning in advance came into play. Appetizers and dinner were served hot and on time. Every bite was delicious. Nicole is a gem and is highly recommended.

The reviews from the event were all positive from food quality to presentation. A definite must try if you have not done so yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of our best Thanksgiving dinner's ever! Nicole did an amazing job putting together a three course turkey and prime rib feast for my family. She was very kind, professional and accommodating. She delivered, set up, and even carved our roast at our house! The dinner was beautifully presented in serving dishes, she literally took care of everything. The food was well prepared and delicious! We are definitely planning on using her services for any future events we have. We highly recommend her for any gathering or event you might have. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We still talk about the amazing meal Nicole made for our wedding. She accommodated us at last minute, truly made the night special and allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the night. When I walked in and saw the food being served and her working away in the kitchen I knew I did not have to worry about a thing!
Nicole is a gem and I will definitely be booking her for future events!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salty Fig catered our September wedding and I CANNOT say enough good things. Nicole’s team was amazing to work with and wow. We received so many compliments from our guests that this was the best food they had ever had a wedding. The food was so good, all the clean up crew the next day were asking if we had any left overs they could have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole is amazing! My boyfriend and I decided to surprise our family by getting married last weekend and Nicole just brought the day to the next level with her catering. She was so great with meal suggestions! We had her make lunch (who knew wraps and salads could taste so good?!), appetizer/charcuterie board (tasty AND beautiful) and one of the most amazing dinners I have every had (seriously... I didn’t know tomato soup could taste so good and that risotto?!? YUM!
On top of the yumminess, Nicole was also so kind, caring, and helpful with ideas for me to plan the rest of the day and even pitched in between meals.
Long story short: great price, great service, amazing food - you can’t go wrong!

She was professional, knowledgeable, and did a phenomenal job. Will definitely order from again.... and again, and again! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole (Salty Fig) was amazing from start to finish, from discussing our wedding catering needs, offering creative solutions and food options, to final delivery and presentation. Everyone raved about the charcuterie board we offered as pre-ceremony set up, to the salads and main courses (we selected the brie and fig stuffed chicken and bacon wrapped pork loin - as per the pictures). This was one more weight and stress off our endless checklist. It was on time, exactly as described - and even better! A reasonable price and exceptional quality.
