Knowing that I had an upcoming appointment, Jen called me this past week when new restrictions were announced, and she worked extra hours to squeeze me and her other clients in quickly before they had to close. I was amazed by her commitment to ensure her clients were taken care of! Jen always does a beautiful job of both my cuts and colours. She listens carefully to make sure that she gets it exactly how I want it, and she is so incredibly sweet. Can't say enough great things!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here a year ago pre covid and had a good experience. I came back recently (to Michelle, a different stylist from before) and am disappointed with my results. At first I was very happy with my hair until I had a good look at it. My hair was done very patchy and uneven near the roots. I would have thought that this was very clearly visible considering she cut, dried, and styled my hair. I went back to get that fixed and was still disappointed as the toner was not applied evenly leaving a harsh yellow line :(
