★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed! First of all I never took their service.... I had an appointment for laser treatment. After rescheduling 2 times by the salon itself, 3rd time I went there all prepared (took Tylenol for pain, applied numbing cream all over my skin) and what happened was she returned me back right from the door saying can't do it today, wow how professional! I took my half day off of work for that particular purpose?. One call or text is all it takes to respect customer's time and commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and tidy. The owner Jackie is very knowledgeable in her business and polite and has a good sense of humor. I find her prices very reasonable and provides a good service to her customers . I go for my regular body waxing and Jackie is very professional in her manners no complaints at all. I highly recommend her business to everyone. I find The owner Jackie easy to get along with and has a very positive outlook on everything and tries to be accommodating to providing a high level of excellence. I look forward to continuing my visits of treatments.
