Terrible service, they ruined my wife’s hair. She went for a hair extension and they cut her hair and sewed it where it would be impossible to get the tracks out herself. Sandras employees have zero experience with good hair. They only know how to do braids. Sandra was even getting her hair braided instead of helping my wife and she’s the owner. VerY bad place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so not what I wanted but don’t get me wrong the braids came out better than expected. I love it! Very grateful for two women who were patient with me and braided my hair. Definitely will be coming back. Oh did I mention? I LOVE MY BRAIDSSSS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hair dresser was very aggressive towards my hair which is natural and pulled out a lot of it. On the phone I was told that it would be 80$ for crochet braids and never mentioned that it was only for cash payments only. Even including taxes on the services and the hair I was charged 20$ extra for unknown reasons. Very unprofessional. Hair quality is terrible, if you decide to still go there buy your own hair as well as products somewhere else, they have quite a bit of expired products on their shelves. Customer service and proper handling of natural hair should be at the forefront of the business. A little over a week since I had the hair put in, I took it down and lost a lot of my edges. Terrible place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expired products. I was recommended a hair Gel to lay my hair down from the owner. Once I got home I noticed the gel was completely dry, couldn’t use it so I threw it out. She was a nice lady but I wouldn’t recommend buying the products.
