★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne prennez pas votre rdv. Elle prends plusieurs clients en meme temps. Elle avait deja entamé ma tete . Un client eSt entré et elle m a dit qu elle allait faire les tresses du client qui vient d entrer. J etais partie pour des crochet à 13h
( 2 h maximum) . Je suis rentrée à 17.30
Tout en sachant que je suis entrain de payer le parking . Elle s en fiche du service client . Ils veulent l argent seulement. Aucun professionnalisme . Allez depenser votre argent ailleurs
Do not take your appointment. She takes several clients at the same time. She had already cut into my head. A client came in and she told me she was going to do the braids for the client who just came in. I left for hooks at 1 p.m.
(2 hours maximum). I returned at 5.30 p.m.
Knowing that I'm paying for parking. She doesn't care about customer service. They just want the money. No professionalism. Go spend your money elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say a big thank you to this salon. I didn’t brush my hair for 1 week and there was a huge hair knot on the side. They helped to get rid of it and comb my hair. If it was not for this salon, I would probably cut my very long hair. So you literally saved me! (Though it was painful a bit and I lost some hair, nothing could be done in my situation because heart was very very tangled). Very friendly and sweet ladies work there, nice atmosphere. Thank you very much, Antoinette and your beautiful ladies ☺️ I am so happy I finally have good hair which I can brush !
